Dr. Leonard Horowitz is an internationally known authority in behavioral science, public health education, and health practice management. He received his doctorate from Tufts University, was awarded a fellowship to do behavioral research at the University of Rochester, and later earned a Master of Public Health degree in behavioral science from Harvard University and a Masters degree in health education from Beacon College.
